Aurora is an accomplished Entertainment Executive and Talent Manager. Aurora began her career holding A&R jobs at EMI Music, Capitol Music Group and a few prominent publishing companies, working alongside the teams of notable artists such as Katy Perry, Norah Jones, Coldplay, 30 Seconds To Mars.

In 2013, Aurora launched Rolen Group, finding a way to intersect her love for music, talent, and content. Since then, Rolen Group has grown into a premiere management company, generating billions of streams for Rolen’s music talent and billions of impressions for Rolen’s content creators.

Projects that Aurora signed and creatively contributed to have gone multi-platinum, reaching #1 on Billboard and radio and syndicated on major movies and TV shows worldwide. Her efforts have contributed to her clients winning BMI Awards and receiving Grammy nominations. She’s placed and contributed to singles that have sold millions of records for artists such as Kygo, Jennifer Lopez, Marc Anthony, Will Smith, Bad Bunny, Tiesto, Prince Royce, Kaskade, Girls Generation, Pepsi, Starbucks, Sprint, The World Cup, 7 Eleven, E!, WeTv, Bravo, VH1 and MTV, to name a few.

Aurora has successfully produced and overseen campaigns for 1,000+ brands such as MAC, Forever 21, Sephora, Revlon, Boxycharm, L’Oreal, Maybelline, NYX, Wet N Wild, Rimmel London, Macy’s, ColourPop, Too Faced, amongst many more. She’s helped to develop and launch sold out beauty and fashion collections, as well as executively produced TV shows on Facebook Watch and IGTV. Her contributions have helped her clients win Shorty Awards and become nominated for AIA Awards. She's also been behind several global campaigns where her talent has been the face of launches in Macy’s, Target, CVS, Walgreens, Duane Reade, Riley Rose, Forever 21, and Ulta.

Olivia is an accomplished Talent Manager and Creative Director, working closely with Aurora to execute daily activities for Rolen Group’s digital and music roster. She ensures that every brand campaign, song pitch, strategic plan, social post (and so much more) is developed and delivered with top-notch quality and creativity.

At Rolen Group, Olivia has overseen over 500+ digital campaigns with companies such as Revlon, Rebecca Minkoff, Amazon Prime, PacSun, Armani Exchange, Forever 21, Riley Rose, TheRealReal, Belif, HelloFresh, GlassesUSA, Audible and much more. She has also overseen the launch of multiple merch and product collaboration launches between brands and clients. On the music side, she has worked with major labels such as Warner Records, Sony and Universal and independent labels such as Enhanced Music to help cast their digital campaigns as well.

As an A&R at her previous role at the music publishing company, Reservoir, Olivia was responsible for pitching and placing songs at major labels for hundreds of songwriters and producers, creatively contributing to a handful of major placements worldwide. Previous to working in music publishing, Olivia worked in publicity, successfully placing her clients in dozens of top publications.

Olivia was responsible for signing the co-writer of Daya’s “Sit Still Look Pretty” and A Great Big World and Christina Aguilera’s “Say Something” to Reservoir, which has been Grammy nominated and sold millions of records to date.

On the digital front, Olivia is YouTube Certified in CMS for music rights and has contributed to growing one of her previous employers revenue growth by 500% in one year. Olivia has signed and developed clients at Rolen Group who have received millions of impressions and has produced, ran and supported successful brand campaigns for over 500+ brands.

Mackenzie Mathis

Mackenzie is the newest addition to the Rolen Group team. Mackenzie comes to us with a distinguished resume that highlights her love for both entertainment and marketing. Mackenzie graduated from the University of Delaware in 2019 with a degree in Music Business and a minor in Event Management.

Prior to her arrival at Rolen Group, Mackenzie worked as a Brand Development Manager for MKT Audio working to grow global audio brand marketing programs for major brands including Marriott Hotels and Darden Restaurants. Her duties included defining voice over talent for brand projects and overseeing messaging. Mackenzie also has experience working in marketing at Columbia Records and Jazz at Lincoln Center, as well as experience in the live booking space, booking talent for restaurant groups and assisting at the VMA’s in 2019.

During her tenure at Rolen Group, Mackenzie has had the opportunity to work on various digital media campaigns with partners including Walmart, Green Chef, Princess Polly, Kenzzi, GlassesUSA, and many more.
