Aurora Pfeiffer
Founder & President

Aurora began her career holding jobs in A&R at EMI Music, Capitol Music Group, and notable music publishing companies, working alongside the teams of artists such as Katy Perry, Norah Jones, Coldplay, 30 Seconds To Mars.

In 2014, Aurora launched Rolen Group to provide management services to songwriters and artists, eventually expanding into representation for digital and multi-hyphenate creators as well. Rolen Group was built out of passion for music, partnerships, content, and above all, advocating for creators and providing them with tools and support to achieve long-term success.

Over the past decade, Aurora's negotiated hundreds of song deals and thousands of brand and licensing deals. She's placed songs with Jennifer Lopez, Kygo, Girls Generation, and overseen campaigns for Amazon, Google, MAC, Nike, Hulu, L'Oreal, and more. She's signed Grammy and Shorty Award winning talent, launched product lines in Macy's and Walmart, produced tv shows on Facebook Watch and IGTV, and contributed to several multi-platinum and Billboard #1 releases.

Olivia Zhou
Director, Talent & Partnerships

Olivia began her career in publicity and later expanded into music publishing at Reservoir Media where she was awarded YouTube Certification in CMS for music rights. At Reservoir, Olivia placed songs and supported Grammy Award winning songwriters and artists 2 Chainz, Migos, Ali Tamposi, Jamie Hartman, to name a few, to eventually signing the co-writer of Daya’s “Sit Still Look Pretty” and A Great Big World and Christina Aguilera’s “Say Something.”

As the first full-time hire of Rolen Group, Olivia has contributed to numerous successful signings and deals that have helped further propel the growth of the company. Olivia continues to wear many hats in her role and oversees the partnerships department while contributing to many others.

Olivia has overseen campaigns for YouTube, Dreamworks, Toyota, Netflix, HBO Max, Neutrogena, to name a few, launched sold out product lines, structured dozens of licensing and media deals, and managed talent at Rolen Group who have gone on to launch their own brands, tv shows, and media companies.
